Maloy Hair ("we," "us," "our") is a hair styling and cosmetology service operated by Alex Warren at Tilted Halo salon studio, 113 Lexington Circle, Peachtree City, GA 30269. This policy explains what information we collect from clients, how we use it, and your choices — with particular detail on text messages (SMS), since that's how we send appointment confirmations and reminders.
Information we collect
When you book an appointment, we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), and notes related to your hair services and appointment history. We collect this directly from you, in person or by phone, when scheduling.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments.
- To send appointment-related text messages: a confirmation when your appointment is booked, and reminders before your appointment.
- To respond to replies you send us (for example, replying C to confirm or X to cancel an appointment).
- To keep service notes that help us provide consistent service over time.
Text messaging (SMS) data
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and consent to receive texts are used solely to deliver appointment-related messages from Maloy Hair. We may share information with service providers (such as our text messaging platform) strictly to deliver these messages on our behalf; those providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Message frequency: you can expect up to 3 messages per appointment you book (a booking confirmation, a reminder roughly 48 hours before, and a reminder roughly 2 hours before), plus a reply to any message you send us.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

How we protect your information
Client and appointment data is stored in our scheduling system, which is protected by authentication restricted to Maloy Hair staff. We do not store payment information through this messaging system.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete your information, or stop text messages at any time, by contacting us using the information below.
